One man’s Mayo GAA story finally came full circle this week as he was reunited with the Sam Maguire Cup – 75 years after attending the 1951 All-Ireland Final. Frank Courell attended the 1951 Final and watched on as Mayo defeated Meath 2-8 to 0-9.
