Mass to mark historic occasion for notable Ballina landmark this week

Archbishop Francis Duffy will celebrate Mass in the chapel of the former Convent of Mercy, Convent Hill on Friday, December 20 at 6pm.
The Mass will mark a historic occasion for this notable Ballina landmark. It is an opportunity to thank the Sisters of Mercy for gifting the building to the community, and to invoke God’s blessing on the regeneration project just beginning there.
Refreshments will be served afterwards in the convent dining room and all are welcome.
