Diamond recognition for top local hotel
Management and staff of the Diamond Coast in Enniscrone celebrate the hotel's recognition at the 2026 Employer Excellence Awards
The Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone says it is proud to have been recognised with the Employer Excellence Award 2026, achieving Gold certification in recognition of its commitment to its people and workplace culture.

The Employer Excellence Programme, developed by Fáilte Ireland, recognises tourism businesses that demonstrate a commitment to employee engagement, workplace culture, leadership and effective people management. Achieving Gold certification is a significant milestone for the Diamond Coast and reflects the importance of listening to their team, supporting their development and continually looking for ways to improve the workplace experience.
