Paddy McNulty, Electrician, has been faithfully storing, restoring, maintaining and erecting the Christmas Lights in Swinford for almost an incredible 50 years – since 1978.

It is only fitting that this is hugely acknowledged. The present committee and indeed all who have been involved over the years sincerely thank Paddy for his unbroken commitment to the town.
He and his wife Kitty more than deserve a huge thank you from both the residents and businesspeople of Swinford. A huge thanks must also go to his teams of helpers.
Christmas lights add immensely to the festive season and once again thanks must go to all who graciously contribute every year. Long may it continue.
