Drugs seizure at Mayo town premises
An Garda Síochána Mayo said: "Seizures like this take these harmful products out of our communities and disrupt those involved in this devastating behaviour."
On the 1st April 2025, the MRL Drugs Unit Mayo conducted an operation targeting the Sale and Supply of Illegal Drugs in Shrule, Co. Mayo.
A premises was searched under warrant, and Cannabis Herb, Amphetamine (Speed) and Psilocybin (Magic Mushrooms), along with cash, were seized.
All suspected drugs are subject to analysis, and if confirmed to be these harmful substances, a file will be submitted to the DPP seeking a prosecution for drug dealing offences.
