Ballina man nets a silvery hattrick

Nigel Lackey continued a remarkable winning streak by landing the first salmon of the 2025 season on Ballina Salmon Anglers Association waters. Weighing 6lb, it was Nigel's third time in a row to land the first salmon and not only earned him the Dave Murray Perpetual Cup but a cheque for €250.
