Several Bus Eireann service delays due to ongoing fuel protest in Mayo
Bus Eireann have advised the public about a number of service disruptions in the western and northwestern region today.
The company gave an update at 1.40pm to say that fuel protests in Sligo town, Carraroe, Ballina and Castlebar are creating delays.
Earlier today, the 11.45am route 422 bus from Castlebar to Headford was cancelled while the return leg of this journey at 1.05pm was also cancelled. The 12.41pm Route 458 service from Sligo to Enniskillen was delayed by 30 minutes.
Bus Éireann wish to apologise to passengers for any inconvenience and have advised customers to visit TFI Live to see real-time information on their bus journey.
