Heineken has announced a worldwide recruitment campaign to find a successor for Mayo publican Josie McLoughlin, the owner of a family pub on Achill Island.

Matt Molloy’s Pub, Westport, and the TF Royal Hotel & Theatre, Castlebar are among the nominees for the Irish Music Rights Organisation's Live Music Venue of the Year Awards 2025.
