Man (60s) dies following Mayo farm accident

Gardaí responded to a report of a fatal accident that occurred at a farm at Charlestown Co. Mayo at approximately 5pm on Monday, 3rd March, 2025.

A male (aged in his 60s) was pronounced deceased at the scene. His body was removed to Castlebar Mortuary, where a post-mortem will be conducted.

The Coroner has been notified.
