Ballina business named as best cafe in Connacht
Baker51 in Ballina has been named as the ‘Best Café’ in Connacht.
The Provincial and All-Ireland winners of the Irish Restaurant Awards 2026 have officially been announced, and two North Mayo businesses have earned success.
McDonnell's Bar & Undertakers in Belmullet was named as the ‘Best Pub’in Connacht, while Baker51 in Ballina was named as the ‘Best Café’ in Connacht.
Mayo North Tourism stated that they "would like to congratulate both winners and their respective teams. We’re proud to recognise these businesses for helping showcase the exceptional quality, hospitality, and food experiences available to locals, visitors and tourists throughout County Mayo."
