Mayo County Council has stated that a temporary road closure will take place next month.
Mayo County Council has stated that a temporary road closure will take place next month.
The road closure on Carrowbaun Road, Newport L-1401 - in the townland of Carrowbaun for a distance of 70m - will take place on Sunday, December 8 from 2pm until 8pm.
This will be to facilitate the Newport Christmas Market 2024.
Diversion routes include Carrickaneady L-5433, Westport Road N-59, Clooneshil, L-5433 and Castlebar Road R-311.
Notice is hereby given that it is the decision of @MayoCoCo to temporarily close Carrowbaun Road, Newport L-1401 from 2pm to 8pm on Sunday December 8th to facilitate Newport Christmas Markets
