This initiative aims to unlock the park’s full potential to attract high-skilled, high-paying jobs to the region. “I am delighted to confirm that progress is finally being made on the development of the IDA site on the Sligo Road in Ballina,” said Senator Mark Duffy.
“This has been a priority of mine since being elected, and I’m grateful for the support of Minister Peter Burke and the IDA for getting it to this stage.”
The tender will facilitate essential groundwork to prepare the site for future investment and development.
