Mayo rugby stars named in team of the week

Connacht's Harry West has been named in the URC team of the week following his display against Zebre last Friday.

In his first game of the season, West scored one of Connacht's seven tries from outside centre, as they defeated the Italian side 48-27.

His performance got him a spot in the URC team of the week, as he prepares for Connacht's inter-provincial clash against Leinster this Friday at the Dexcom.

Fellow Ballina man Dave Heffernan also impressed on his return from injury as he scored two tries.

Heffernan's two tries earned him a spot in the team at hooker.
