Here are today’s results from the Mayo Club Championship:

Senior

Semi-Finals

Ballina Stephenites 1-18 Ballaghaderreen 2-12 (AET)

A heroic display by Tomás Morley’s men was ultimately in vain as Ballina Stephenites demonstrated their champions pedigree to book a place in the Mayo senior football final for the third year running.

Knockmore 2-15 Breaffy 0-18 (AET)

Charlie Bourke and 17-year-old Billy Ruane are the toast of Knockmore after their goals in the second period of extra-time put the Saffron and Blue on a collision course with neighbours Ballina Stephenites in two weeks time.

Intermediate

Relegation Final

Islandeady 1-15 Kiltimagh 0-12

Just four years after missing the chance to go to senior, Kiltimagh will be playing junior football in 2025 as Islandeady retained their place in intermediate with an impressive second half display.

Junior ‘A’ Semi-Finals

Bonniconlon 0-16 Eastern Gaels 0-11

A storming second half performance - with 13 of their 16 points coming in that half - saw Bonni’ hold off the Gaels feared attack and reach the junior final. Jonathan Lavelle, Brian O’Malley, Conor Igoe and Ciaran Gaughan were all prominent for the north Mayo side.

Cill Chomáin 1-10 Swinford 0-11

Luke Tighe’s second half goal was the difference as Cill Chomáin reached their first junior ‘A’ final since 2022.
