At just 15 years old, teenage running sensation Freya Renton claimed first place in this year's Mayo.ie Western People Women's Mini Marathon 2025.
The Westport AC athlete came in at a time of 35:59, while her twin sister, Holly, also finished in the top five.
Speaking to the Western People, Freya said: "It was a good race with a lot of good people. I just kept going, and my sister keeps pushing me on, so it is great."
