Laura McHale, from County Mayo and a past pupil of St. Mary's Secondary School, Ballina, has been recognised for her outstanding academic achievements in Home Economics and Religious Education from St. Angela's College, County Sligo. 

Laura graduated with First Class Honours, securing the Sister Mary Keane Award for achieving the highest B.Ed. degree within her cohort in these subjects. Her exceptional performance earned her the prestigious Academic Excellence Award, showcasing her dedication, hard work, and commitment. 

This award highlights her significant contribution to the field and marks an inspiring milestone in her academic and professional journey.
