New popular café business to open in Mayo town this year
The new business is scheduled to open in August.
A new café will open its doors in Castlebar, according to the Connaught Telegraph.
The multi-award-winning Kennedys, owned by Castlebar couple Shane and Sarah Bourke, will open at the former Skeffington Shop site at St. Martin's Terrace.
The building will consist of a large dining-in space, a dedicated takeaway area and food production facilities. The business will also employ up to 20 people.
This will be the 10th Kennedys outlet, and the first outside Dublin.
The new Castlebar business is scheduled to open in August.
