There has been a positive update in relation to the establishment of a coffee dock at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar.
Head of the Castlebar Municipal District David Mellett told last week’s area meeting that an amendment is required to the Casual Trading Bylaws before the Dock can be established at the popular recreational area of the town.
He expects movement on this within the next week and a location has been identified where the coffee dock can be set up at Lough Lannagh.
Mr Mellett said a site has also been identified for a water refill station at the amenity.
