Motorists advised to expect delays at Mayo village due to traffic diversions

Mayo County Council has advised motorists to expect delays on the N5 at Bohola.
Mayo County Council has advised motorists to expect delays on the N5 at Bohola village due to intermittent traffic diversions that will be in place on the R321 at Kiltimagh (via R320) and at Ballylahon Bridge (via N58).
This will be in addition to the current traffic lights and Stop / Go system on the N5, with the intermittent traffic diversions in place periodically during daytime working hours until May 31, 2024.
Local traffic and emergency service vehicles will be accommodated while these restrictions are in place.
Mayo County Council has stated that these restrictions are ongoing to facilitate surfacing works.
