Mayo school officially opens new classroom

Ballinrobe Community School has announced the official opening of Room 25.
In a Facebook post, the school said, “This event marks a significant step in our commitment to providing inclusive education and supporting diversity for all our students.”
The post also expressed gratitude towards the Special Educational Needs Department and the Special Needs Assistants for all of their hard work.
Alan Dillon TD, Cllr Patsy O'Brien, Cllr Michael Burke, Cllr Damien Ryan and general election candidate Martina Jennings were also in attendance to celebrate alongside students and staff.
The honour of cutting the ribbon was bestowed upon Ballinrobe Community School students Ava and Sean.
