Catherine Hannon, founder of People & Purpose Consultancy, has built her service around one clear goal — providing practical, everyday solutions that make work easier for both employers and employees.
With more than 25 years’ experience supporting leaders and organisations, she recognised a growing need for hands-on guidance for businesses struggling with communication gaps, unclear expectations, and rising staff turnover.
