Castlebar public house Paddy Moran’s is up for sale.
The Rush Street pub has been a popular licenced premises since 1953 and a venue for legendary music and singing sessions.
Selling agent, Moran Auctioneers say the bar is trading very successfully and is being sold due to retirement.
“This has been one of the top licenced premises in Castlebar for decades, always trading successfully under the careful management of the Moran family,” the auctioneer states.
As well as the bar, two upstairs apartments are also included in the sale.
