Garda praised for ‘outstanding service’ to Mayo area
The Sgt made an outstanding contribution in the community.
A local councillor has thanked Sgt Kieran Lavelle for his service to the Crossmolina area.
The Garda Sgt is leaving Crossmolina for a new post in Belmullet.
“I would like to sincerely thank Garda Sgt. Kieran Lavelle for the outstanding service he has given to the Crossmolina District over the past 12 years,” said Cllr Michael Loftus.
He praised Sgt Lavelle’s commitment to the community.
“Throughout his time here, Kieran was always available to help, whether he was on duty or off duty. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the community never went unnoticed, and he was always willing to go the extra mile for those who needed assistance. On behalf of the community, I want to express our gratitude for his years of service and wish him every success as he takes up his new position in Belmullet,” Cllr Loftus added.
