Funeral details announced for woman who tragically died in Mayo

Maureen Hopkins (née Darcy).
The funeral details for the woman who died after being struck by a lorry in Westport on Thursday have been announced.
The death has occurred of Maureen Hopkins née Darcy of Rossmoney, Carrowholly, Westport, late of Bagnalstown, Carlow.
Maureen will be sadly missed by her loving husband Chris, daughters Eimear, Niamh, Sinéad, Fiona & son Fergal, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, sister Ann Eustace (Myshall, Carlow), brother George Darcy (Bagnalstown), sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.
Reposing at McGing's Funeral Home, Westport on Saturday (June 08th) from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday (June 09th) at 11:30am in St. Brendan’s Church, Kilmeena with the funeral proceeding to Myna Cemetery.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward following the tragic death.
