Emergency services at scene of serious three-car crash
Diversions are in place following the crash.
The N17 between Ballindine and Milltown has been closed this morning following a three vehicle collision.
No fatalities have been reported but it is understood that there are serious injuries.
The road is expected to be closed for a considerable period of time with emergency services at the scene.
An Garda Síochána have detailed to Midwest News that the road will be closed for the foreseeable future.
Diversions are in place from both the Ballindine and Tuam direction.
