'Deeply missed' - fond farewell to departing Mayo school member

There were heartfelt goodbyes and warm wishes at Taugheen National School recently, as staff and pupils gathered to bid farewell to their much-loved colleague, Lorraine Kelly.

Lorraine has been an integral part of the school community, known not only for her dedication and professionalism but for the warmth, kindness, and positive energy she brought to the classroom and beyond. Her presence will be deeply missed by her colleagues, the children, and the wider Taugheen community.

The staff, pupils and families at Taugheen National School extend sincere thanks to Lorraine for everything she brought to the school and wish her every success and happiness in the next chapter of her journey.
