'Beautiful gesture' - Tesco staff in Mayo pay tribute to late friend and colleague

Mayo Society For Prevention of Cruelty to Animals said a very special thank you and acknowledged a beautiful gesture by the staff of Tesco, Claremorris, who lost a loved friend and colleague, Andrea Gornowicz, in a car accident recently.

Andrea was an animal lover and in her memory, her friends in Tesco raised €500 to help the shelter animals. 

Mayo SPCA said: "At a time of loss, this kindness is all the more special and appreciated. Condolences to all at Tesco and we remember their friend, Andrea."
