'Allow extra time' - motorists advised of temporary Mayo road closure

Mayo County Council has advised motorists that road strengthening works will take place on the L1903 at Kilbride, Swinford, from today (Monday, June 17).
The works will be ongoing until Thursday, June 20.
The county council has stated that traffic management will be in operation and the road will be temporarily closed, except for local access.
Motorists can expect delays and are advised to allow extra time if travelling to Ireland West Airport Knock this week.
