ALERT: Weather warning extended in Mayo
A Status Yellow Thunderstorm warning has been issued for Mayo.
Met Eireann have issued an update on the Thunderstorm warning currently ongoing in Mayo.
The Status Yellow Thunderstorm Warning for Mayo has now been extended until 10pm tonight, Friday, June 26.
A Status Yellow High Temperature will also remain in place until 9am tomorrow morning, Saturday, June 27.
The weather warning could bring the risk of torrential downpours and localised flooding.
Possible impacts include localised flooding, lightning damage, hail, hazardous driving conditions and gusty winds.
