Alert: Water supply may be disrupted in area of Mayo town this week
The works are scheduled to take place from 8am to 5pm on the day.
Mayo County Council has advised people in Westport that an area of the town will be undergoing mains repairs this Friday, June 21.
Uisce Éireann said the repairs, which will be ongoing as part of the National Leakage Programme, may cause supply disruptions to Altamont Street, Westport and surrounding areas.
The works are scheduled to take place from 8am to 5pm on the day.
Uisce Éireann recommends that the public allow their supply to fully return three to four hours after the estimated restoration time.
