Alert: Traffic disruptions expected in busy Mayo town from tonight

Mayo County Council have alerted the public that roadworks are taking place in Ballina in the coming days.

“Resurfacing works will commence in Ballina at the Bunree junction from tonight, October 9,” they said.

“Lights will be on timer until optimal traffic light settings are re-established on Wednesday, October 16.”

“Please allow extra time for your journeys. We regret the inconvenience caused.”
