ALERT: Mayo added to new weather warning with Storm Bert bound for Ireland

Met Éireann say Storm Bert will bring intense rainfall over a short period of time.
With Storm Bert on the horizon, Met Éireann has added Mayo to a new weather warning.
The Status Orange Rain warning will be valid from midnight tonight until 10am tomorrow (Saturday, November 23).

Met Éireann say Storm Bert will bring intense rainfall over a short period of time.
Possible impacts include surface flooding, possible river flooding, very difficult travelling conditions and poor visibility.
There is also a Status Red Rain warning issued for Galway which will be valid during the same time, while a Status Yellow Wind and Rain warning is in place for Connacht from 10pm tonight until 12pm tomorrow.
