Alert: Mayo added to new weather warning which is currently in effect

Met Éireann has added Mayo to the latest Status Yellow Snow-Ice warning which is currently in effect.

The weather warning will be in place until 9pm tonight (Wednesday, November 20).
Snowfall accumulations are expected while possible impacts include hazardous travelling conditions, poor visibility, travel disruption and animal welfare issues.
Another Status Yellow Snow-Ice warning will be valid from 9pm tonight until 12pm tomorrow (Thursday, November 21) while a Status Yellow Low Temperature/Ice warning is in place for the whole country from 8pm tonight until 12pm tomorrow.
