Pricing revealed for Opel's new Grandland

The new Grandland has won the 2024 Golden Steering Wheel Award in Germany.
Opel’s new Grandland flagship is available in both Hybrid and Electric with first units of the Hybrid arriving in dealer showrooms last month, followed by the fully Electric version in December.
The Grandland Electric model, available in the level two Elegance trim and level three GS trim from launch, will retail in Ireland from €40,936 and €43,763 respectively, inclusive of grants.
The hybrid powertrain will be quickly followed by an all-electric 73kWh version with a 523km range, and in 2025, a 97kWh battery offering up to 700km range, will be introduced.
The self-charging Hybrid comes with a 1.2 136hp turbo petrol engine as well as a 28hp electric motor and electrified six-speed dual clutch transmission. The Hybrid SC level one trim comes in at €40,995 plus delivery with the level two Hybrid Elegance and the level three Hybrid GS retailing from €42,995 and €44,995 plus delivery, respectively.
This pricing positions both electric trims significantly below the retail price of the Grandland Hybrid equivalents.
