If you want your child to be a stand-out young person, then joining Ballina Order of Malta Cadet Unit can help give them the knowledge, confidence and skills to do just that.
Being involved in this long-established and dedicated Ballina organisation can encourage children to learn, grow and achieve at First Aid, and eventually develop lifesaving skills – all of which will shape their lives into adulthood.
As well as acquiring these new skills, young cadets will also enjoy meeting new friends and engage in other activities such as foot drill, daily living activities, and even work towards competing in the annual All-Ireland Order of Malta competitions. Earlier this month, Ballina cadets scooped several top prizes – including firsts – in the 2025 All-Ireland competitions which took place in County Fermanagh.
