Supporters who arrive in good time for Mayo’s All-Ireland SFC showdown with Meath at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park on Saturday evening are in for a real musical treat, as the revered Clew Bay Pipe Band are set to perform to help get the home fans warmed up for the Royal battle.
Fresh from welcoming Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to the county last Sunday, the Clew Bay Pipe Band are due on the pitch at 5.15pm ahead of the throw-in one hour later.
Supporters are asked to get to MacHale Park early and to bring the flags, bring the noise and get behind the team.
