Mayo native re-signs with Dundalk FC

Mayo native John Mountney has re-signed with Dundalk FC for the upcoming League of Ireland season.
The Bohola native, who took over his family pub The Village Inn last year, failed to feature competitively for the Lilywhites last year due to an ACL injury sustained in pre-season.
The five-time league winner, who first joined Dundalk from Mervue United in 2012 before a brief spell at St Patrick’s Athletic in 2021, is now set to enter his 12th season at Oriel Park.
