Celebrations for Mayo soccer club on 50th anniversary

A host of festivities are planned for a Mayo soccer club as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations over the May Bank Holiday weekend. 

'Marquee in Manulla', hosted by Manulla FC, are hosting a teenage disco on Friday, May 1, with iRadio's Sharon Lynskey DJing the event from 8 to 11pm. The following evening (Saturday) sees popular trad group Ruaile Buaile on stage in the marquee, with support from Néifinn and DJ till late. Gates open at 7pm.

On Sunday, there is a free family fun day with sports, food and bouncy castles beginning at 3pm.
