Gardaí assisted Galway Fire and Rescue Service at the scene of an incident at a commercial premises (Eye Cinema) at Wellpark Road/Old Dublin Road in Galway on the evening of Thursday, 28th August, 2025.
Footage, which was posted online, showed flooding damage at the premises.
The area was evacuated, and a safety cordon was put in place.
One female was conveyed to University Hospital Galway as a precaution.
