Well done: Mayo school congratulates three students for achieving maximum Leaving Cert grade

Ballinrobe Community School is celebrating an extraordinary achievement with the success of the Leaving Class of 2024.

In a year marked by hard work and dedication, 27 students from the class secured over 500 points in their Leaving Certificate exams, with an exceptional three students attaining the maximum score of 625 CAO points.

Ms Julie Collins, the principal of the school, expressed immense pride in their accomplishments.

“The success and achievement of all our students in the Leaving Class of 2024 is something we are incredibly proud of,” she stated.

“However, when a student achieves over 500 points it truly deserves recognition. The commitment, hard work, and effort that went into securing such high results are commendable.”

Ms Collins also took the opportunity to commend the dedicated staff of Ballinrobe Community School, acknowledging their role in helping each student reach their full potential.

“Our teachers have shown remarkable dedication in ensuring that every child is supported to achieve their best,” she noted.

The community extends its best wishes to the Leaving Class of 2024 as they embark on the next chapter of their lives, with confidence that their future endeavours will be equally successful.
