Thunderstorm warning for Mayo
The warning comes into effect this afternoon.
A status yellow thunderstorm warning has been issued for the west coast.
The warning comes into effect from 3pm today and will impact Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Clare, and Kerry.
The alert will remain in place until 9pm with Met Eireann warning of potential flooding and treacherous driving conditions.
