Storm Amy: When the ORANGE weather warning takes effect for Mayo

Met Éireann has issued a Status Orange Wind warning for Mayo amid the arrival of Storm Amy today (Friday, October 3).

The orange weather warning will be valid from 2pm today until 10pm.

Storm Amy will bring very windy conditions, with impacts including fallen trees, damage to power lines and very difficult travelling conditions.
