National award for Mayo store

Laura Scriney, Laura’s XL, Castlebar was among an elite group from around the country who have been honoured for their outstanding commitment to their communities at the annual XL Retailer of the Year Awards.
The awards were held recently in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Co Westmeath, with RTÉ commentator Marty Morrissey as MC.
Hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the XL Retail brand in Ireland, the awards are presented to XL stores that demonstrate outstanding industry excellence following a comprehensive programme of assessments carried out by Ireland’s leading retail audit company, SMAâ¯Retail Specialists.
Laura Scriney was presented with the Best Confectionery Offering Award.
