Mother and daughter killed in Mayo road tragedy named locally

The two people who passed away following a fatal collision involving a car and a lorry in Mayo yesterday have been named locally.
Aisling Moore (46) and her eight-year-old daughter Abbigael were killed in the collision, which occurred on the N26 in Lismoran, Foxford, at approximately 5.45pm on Tuesday, July 2.
The driver of the lorry was taken to hospital with injuries that are understood to be non-life threatening.
The road was closed for a technical examination to be conducted but has since fully reopened.
