COMMUNITY NOTES: CLAREMORRIS - WESTERN PEOPLE (JUNE 17 EDITION)
Claremorris Tidy Towns has welcomed the transformation of one of the town’s most recognisable buildings - The Irish Woollen Hall.
A longstanding part of the local streetscape, the building had fallen into disrepair, but recent works have restored it to its former glory.
The newly refurbished premises now sits proudly among the many colourful and well-maintained shopfronts in Claremorris. The Tidy Towns group extended thanks to the property owner for taking on the project and wished the very best to those who will work or live there in the future.
