Mayo lotto player scoops big win

It was a night of double delight for Irish EuroMillions players as two players, one from Co. Dublin and the other from Co. Mayo, matched five numbers in last night’s (Friday) EuroMillions draw, each scooping a dazzling prize worth €19,706.
The Dublin player purchased their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw from Mount Merrion Stores, 75 Deer Park Road, Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin, while the Mayo player also purchased their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw, from Spar, Castlerea Road, Ballyhaunis.
The winning numbers in last night’s EuroMillions draw were: 6, 12, 18, 25, 41 and the Lucky Stars were 2 and 6.
There was one winner of the EuroMillions jackpot worth €29,922,038. The winning ticket was sold in the UK. In total over 48,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games, including our two winners in Dublin and Mayo.
