Man who died in Mayo road tragedy has been named locally
The male pedestrian who died in the fatal road traffic collision on the N60 at Carrowntober Oughter, Manulla, near Balla on Tuesday (October 1) has been named locally.

Nikolaj Litvinov (45) was walking on the N60 shortly before 11pm when he was struck by a car. He was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward. They are also seeking any road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) who were travelling in the area at the time of the incident to provide it to investigating Gardaí.
