Man hospitalised after single vehicle Mayo collision
The single vehicle collision occurred in the Kilkelly area at around 7am
A man, in his 30s, was hospitalised after a single vehicle road collision this morning.
The crash occurred at around 7am on the N17 road at Kilkelly, at the turn off to Kiltimagh.
Motorists were advised to take due caution on approach earlier this morning.
A Garda spokesman said, "Gardaí and Emergency Services attended the scene of a single car road traffic incident on the N17 at Kilkelly, Co. Mayo this morning, 11th April 2024 at approximately 7am.
"A man in his thirties was taken to Mayo University Hospital for treatment.
"The road is open and investigations are ongoing."
