A supposed pod of four killer whales were recently spotted west of Achill Island.

The killer whale, which is the largest member of the oceanic dolphin family, is one of the world's most powerful predators and can range in size from 23 to 32 feet.

Jess Murray captured the rare feat off the Mayo coast before the pod were identified as killer whales.
