JACKPOT: Huge money win for Enniscrone lotto player

A County Sligo Lotto player matched five numbers and the bonus in Saturday night’s (Saturday, October 4th) Lotto draw, scooping €171,729. 

The Sligo player purchased their Quick Pick ticket on Friday, October 3rd, from Checkout, Main Street, Enniscrone.

The winning numbers in the draw were: 5, 21, 22, 39, 40, 43, and the Bonus was 12.

While there was no winner of the Lotto jackpot worth €5,603,789, over 82,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Plus games, including the winner in Sligo.

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson, said: “What a fantastic win for a player in the beautiful seaside town of Enniscrone. We’re now urging all of our players in Sligo to check their Lotto tickets very carefully - you could be holding a winning ticket."
